Email Campaigns - £1,500 per campaign
Conferences UK now have a database of over 30,000 UK conference organisers. All of which have used our venue finding service and have opted into receive marketing literature within the last 18 months. For a fee Conferences UK can design a highly professional HTML email and send out to our full client list for your venue. This is a purely bespoke and dedicated email, no other venues will be advertised.

Virtual Tours - £100 per tour
Our Virtual tours use the latest in High Dynamic Range (HDR) techniques, essentially, what this means is that the detail of the tour is preserved in both the lightest and darkest parts of the image, very much like the human eye in essence, thus allowing the viewer to feel as if they were there.

Corporate Videos - £1500 per video
Our corporate videos use the latest in High Definition and Web display techniques. The video will try to capture the essence of your venue and will include external shots of the venue, interviews with key staff, shots of the conference venues and the facilities. This will be professional edited and put to backing music that will highlight your venue in the best possible way. Your video will be uploaded onto the site and you will be provided with 2 CDs of the video for your own use.
